I see the problem.  You have a Corsair ML120 (it has gray fan blades).  That one is not compatible with the TOP_Fan header.

You need the Corsair ML120 Pro or an OEM Dell fan (technically the only validated Fan is the Dell Nidec or Dell AVC).  Anyway, the Corsair ML120 Pro has black fan blades and is more expensive.

You can fix this, in lieu of returning the fans, by connecting the OEM fan in your push pull setup, and tracking the Y splitter to the OEM fan.  So if you look at the Y splitter, one side will have 4 wires, and the other side will have 3 wires.  Plug the OEM fan into the side with 4 wires.  And the corsair ML120 into the side with 3 wires.

You can try doing a clean install of the latest Nvidia driver package (direct from Nvidia), including Nvidia sound, for the second issue.

Ah, really good eyes!  It does look like the pump fan connector got squeezed over onto all the wrong PINs, the 3 PIN cable connector needs to be shifted over one pin to the right.  I suspect there will still be a top fan failed to respond correctly error with the ML120 regular fan.

"or SATA power from the PSU?"

It is powered by the PSU otherwise it would have fried being hooked up on the wrong motherboard pins.  Also, there's only one wire so it's not powered by that header (thankfully!).  That's just tach.  So that explains why the CPU is reporting a 0 RPM.  LOL

Just to make sure, you connected the pump power cable directly to the PSU?  The cable it goes to is in the metal box behind the PSU. So the corsair lettering lights up white when you turn on the PC?

Yeah, it looks right,

CPU header empty

Top Fan = two ML 120 Pros

Front Fan = OEM fan

Pump fan = tach wire.

Is it showing "CPU Pump running" in AWCC like in this photo.   If not, is it reading an RPM in AWCC?
