Aurora R7, does anyone know which drivers he's already installed?

Alienware Aurora R7

Alienware Aurora R7

I love the Dell drivers/scan hardware site however as good as it looks and sometimes works most of the time it's useless.

So I get an email telling me there's new drivers, excellent. (I've signed up for these emails).

I go to the drivers support section, click my service tag pc, great, than says scan for new drivers, than that pop up pops out saying I need SupportAssist which I already have. So I download it again. Retry, and get the same thing over and over (around 10 straight tries) saying that I need to download the SupportAssist. And like an idiot, I redownload it 10 times. It never finds any driver, not even sure it's working yet the 2 new drivers which were released 1-2 days ago are there in the manually download drivers.

I gave up and decided to to this manually, so I go to download this driver:

This package guides you to the Microsoft Store to download the Killer Control Center application. Killer Control Center is an interface with features that enables user to review and manage the system networking performance.

-Enhances the driver compatibility with Windows 10 May 2019 Update.
2.2.3267.0, A14
16 Sep. 2023
But it looks like an older update? There's also a red exclamation saying some weird stuff about older versions?
Dell Update Packages (DUP) in Microsoft Windows 32bit format have been designed to run on Microsoft Windows 64bit Operating Systems. Dell Update Packages (DUP) in Microsoft Windows 64bit format will only run on Microsoft Windows 64bit Operating Systems. When selecting a device driver update be sure to select the one that is appropriate for your operating system.
Is this for a 32 bit windows system, mine is 64. When I expand the manual drivers section this update and the next one below do not appear at first, I have to click twice on the sort by date column, yesterday though they were appearing on top. I don't know way too many inconsistencies man.
Than for this:

Important Information

Dell Update requires Microsoft.NET Framework 4.6.1 (or later) to be installed on the system.
This package installs Alienware Update on Alienware systems.

Do I download this??

Why isn't there a way to tell which drivers I already have and I don't have? What a mess.

As clean and so well organized the entire website looks, the confusing information, the lack of info on which drivers we've already installed and which we haven't and the dumb broken support assistant makes it almost all useless. Sometimes it works though, and when it does 10/10 awesome, hardware issue scanning always works, love it. Guys, please help us noobie out there.

@tommystam , similar like Dell optimizer app, Intel killer app optimized for needed bandwidth such as gaming, streaming, whichever the analytic control app can detect.  But, in real world applications, many computers with certain setup had prevented the app to work properly and actually decreased the needed bandwidth (allocated to somewhere else).

This is the information from Intel, What does the Intel Killer control center do.

By disabling the services, your network will work with INF based driver by Microsoft and that should work fine.

So I went to install both updates manually and none worked LOL...Both said I already had newer versions. Deleted that killer app intel software stuff, seems suspicious.......and useless.

@tommystam    you may not need the killer Control Center but you do need to keep the Killer WiFi drivers up to date. Consider this Killer Performance Suite application

@tommystam , you can disable its services but you can't delete them.  They will come back whether you like it or not.

@Chino de OroProfessorW00d

Hello, and what exactly does this killer app do?

Sounds very suspicious if you ask me. Last time I buy a computer that's for sure, had enough of this weird technology.

@tommystam It's a traffic prioritizing software for network data, machine based. In my opinion, useless as it's machine based and not network based.
