Aurora R7, power button flashes once but wont turn on
I bought a gaming setup second hand and seemingly put it together correctly. When I plug it in, the power button flashes yellow once but doesn't turn on. The video shows that the power supply seems to be functional when I push the button next to the power input. Specs in the photos. Any ideas on what to do? I tried removing each stick of ram and replacing the CMOS battery.

What version of Aurora is this? Also, please don't post any pictures that contain the service tag.

The I/O shield should have an identification on it like R10, R11 etc...

Looks like Aurora R7 or R8.
Why is the graphics card in the lower X16 slot? You need to post higher resolution photos and orient them with MS Paint before posting. Looks like you have cables connected to PUMP_FAN and CPU_FAN. For a liquid cooled Aurora CPU_FAN is empty and the radiator fan is connected to TOP_FAN.

It's an R7. None of the optical drives are connected, but there is an m.2 drive installed

If it flashes 1 time, you have this problem:

Yes, it'll sometime flash yellow or do nothing when I press/hold the power button. The fans rev up periodically when plugged in. If it is BIOS and ROM failure, what would be the solution?

If you open photos in MS Paint and save them, even if nothing in changed, then this persnickety platform will not rotate the photo when uploaded.

Here's a video of what happens when I plug the power supply in (no GPU and only one RAM stick, but the same happens with those installed.) It seems all the fans except the power supply fans are running when I press the power supply button.
