Is it connected to a good UPS (like an APC with AVR)?
As you boot-up, tap F12. See if it will pass ePSA Diagnostics (outside of Windows).
In Windows Reliability Monitor report, do any critical red-errors show lately?
Have you tried other games and what are they?
If you require additional assistance here, some basic system-specs would be nice. Like what video card is installed.
If it's that new, you have the option to contact Dell phone-support.

I don't have any UPS connected. The PC passes all the ePSA tests with no errors. This happened when I was playing CSGO(online).
The specs are:
i7 8700
16gb ram
GTX 1070
Thanks for the reply.

How do I get into safe mode
Try this:

But you have to be fast. Tap the keys quickly, but don't hold-down.

1. Should get one. Not only to rule-out AC-power-grid problems, but to protect your investment.
2. Good, so ... 90% chance your hardware is fine.
Windows Reliability Monitor report is good indication of system health inside Windows.
Here are some more tips if/when you can get back into Windows (maybe at first with Safe-Mode).
3. Try OCCT's Power-Supply Test (removes games from equation). CPUID's HW-Monitor (free) is also good.
4. Uninstall all Nvidia, reboot, and try clean-install (and this way) of this nvidia.com driver. It's an oldie but a goodie and highly stable.

There should be a Dell Recovery Partition.
You could try returning computer to it's Factory Fresh Shipped Software State.
I think here, see section:Reinstall Windows 10 to the Dell factory image using the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE)
