Sounds like Windows is corrupt and a clean install or recovery is in order. However it is a good idea to run diagnostics to make sure you are not having a hardware failure. Restart the system and at the Alienware logo start pressing F12. Run a full system diagnostics.

Hello, thanks for the response. I forgot to mention that I have already done a full diagnostic and everything seems to be in order. So where do I begin a clean windows installation? And I'm assuming all my data and files are going to be lost in the process, right?

There are a number of different ways to install Windows 10. A clean install will wipe out everything. A Dell Recovery Image that will put the system back like it came from the factory including drivers. A Windows reset that will give you the option to keep your files (you might want to try this first). But if the Windows files are badly corrupted, Reset may not work.
