Aurora R8, 3rd party ram issues

so I upgraded the ram on my computer but now it turns on but the mouse keyboard and monitors don't work but once I take the ram out and turn the PC on it works then if I install the new ram again it works and I don't know why i have to reinstall the ram Everytime I want to use my computer
