Aurora R8, AlienFX controller error

Question

I've updated my computer and the FX controller doesn't work anymore it shows an error. There was an error while AlienFX Controller was communicating with the computer. This might have been caused due to a problem with the hardware or the software. I'd delete all the files for the OC Controls and try to install them manually. Perhaps that will solve that. If you're unable to take them out. I would suggest a second clean installation using as reference the video we have on YouTube.DELL-Cares

Trying shutting-down and then unplug from AC-power. Release flea-power and then re-connect after 30 minutes.
