Aurora R8, fan problems really annoying

Recently I bought an R8 with RTX 2080. I had a good experience until I realized those fans were too noisy. Then I started to watching youtube and decided to buy a Corsair H75 liquid cooler and Noctua NF-F12 for replacing the top and front fans. After installation, everything looks good, but the fan controller has some issues.

First, the AWCC fan dashboard increases by only 44% when setting both fans running at full speed. I think it should be 100% when they are at full speed.

Second, I manually set fan speed at 100% when I start playing PUBG. They can work well for about 20-40 minutes, and the temperature is about 50C. After that, those fans will automatically slow down, causing the temperature to rise to 80C. It's really weird because I do nothing but play games. Those fans should have run at full speed unless I modify them. I am sure that all performance and power management are set to high performance. And this situation only happens when I play PUBG.

My question is:

Are there any ways to fix the speed indicator at the AWCC fan dashboard?

Does anyone know how to fix the fan automatically slowing down problems when I play games?

I just check the community. The second problem looks like there is https://www.reddit.com/r/Alienware/comments/7i2efm/my_aurora_r6_fans_wont_stay_on_during_inactivity/. It seems the always ready mode affected. So another new question is how can I shut the ALWAYS READY MODE in the new AWCC because I can't find any items in the new one.

I am able to set a manual profile to activate when a certain game starts up. I have never had an issue with the fans deactivating. It's set to a static percentage, which isn't accurate but is manageable as long as it keeps the temps where I expect them.

See the image at this link for an example of where and how I set it: https://imgur.com/a/CkMCT1v

Are you able to use those Corsair SP series fans without getting a start-up error?

I think he was saying he put in the Noctua F series radiator fans in lieu of the Corsair SP120 fans.

That is a good point, I don't know of anyone who has tested the Noctua F series fans in the Aurora.
