I am not sure, maybe GPU-Z is not accurate, but I think 120 radiator maybe is enough for 3090. But that come with a problem is how I can pile into this nano case, I do not want to remove any parts of the case, nor open the case to use, I wonder if this is possible?
Can you please share some 3dmark/ Heaven benchmark scores while hitting those low temps? Seems quite strange that a single rad can perform that well when the 3090 is known to draw crazy lots amount of power. A 120mm radiator should typically be comfortable removing heat of ~200W but if you're hitting 350W, it is unlikely the radiator is adequate for the job.
That's a video, I can't show 3dmark score. I think GPU die is much larger than CPU, not strange to cool it down. Besides, GDDR6X require more power. may the fan run at full speed, so it is low temp.

I would not recommend trying to cool the 3090 with a single 120mm radiator. In fact, a 3090 inside the nano case wouldn't be a really good idea.

Your board power draw is 350W. You GPU chip power draw is 155W as shown on the last line of your photo.

I am not sure 56c for 350+watt is hot

That looks insane I don't want external water cooling

Or I can try 3080 I am not sure if it is possible to put a thin 120 radiator in the front fan section of the chassis

Hi I want to do this for my pc too. Where do you get it and how do you get a mounting bracket to fit it?

Also would like to know how it performs.

Just amazing. What's name of the GPU waterblock?I want to configure a watercooled system like this.
