If you use Windows 10 pro you can edit group policy to permanently stop automatic Windows update.
have you tried to clear CMOs settings by motherboard jumper reset if you have a No POST issue?

There is recent rumor that automatic Windows 10 update on Dell includes bios update, which is certainly risky.

Jumper reset is the moving of the blue pins to CMOS Reset right? Then moving it back? We’ve tried that four times to no change in results still three blinks then 6 blinks
