Aurora R9, random freezes/lockups

Since I owned this PC I have had random freezes daily.  Any help or insight on this issue?

Wired USB keyboard locks up and mouse unresponsive for 5-10+ secs.

I have removed the raid and switched to AHCI mode (helped reduce the frequency of lock ups)

I performed a complete system repair on windows on multiple occasions

I keep all system updates, Bios and drivers updated. I keep all Windows 10 updates current.

I run diagnostics on a regular basis that state all is fine.

It is my current belief that the lockups are related to the 2TB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD.

I know Dell states the standard generic W10 PCI NVMe driver is suitable. If that is the case, then why does Samsung custom driver for all their PCI NVMe SSDs? except the ones provided to OEMs with no support?

I have used download accelerator and every time the download was complete and it would reassemble the file the system would freeze, lockup for 5-10 secs. I have since removed the software and still experience inter mitten freezes during the day.

My current configurations is:

All OC settings are conservative and using the standard factory settings.

Alienware Aurora R9
Windows 10 Pro (64bit) English
Killer(TM) Wi-Fi 6 AX1650 (2x2 ) 802.11ax Wireless and Blueto oth 5.1
NVIDIA(R) GeForce(R) RTX 2070 SUPER(TM) 8GB GDDR6 (OC Ready)
2TB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD
16GB Dual Channel HyperX(FM) F URY DDR4 XMP at 2933MHz
9th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 9 700K (8-Core, 12MB Cache, Over clocked up to 4.6GHz across al l cores)

Thanks!
