Average repair response time - liquid cooling pump replacement

Does anyone know what is the average customer care dell response time to replace an R12 liquid cooling pump fan assembly that is currently not working and covered under warranty with premium plus warranty support.

has anyone had any good experiences and any recommendations on how to make sure it gets fixed in a timely manner or to make sure it is fixed as soon as possible . The other forum stories I’ve read have me extremely concerned.
