You have the AW2518HF which is the AMD FreeSync model. You are mixing technologies. The AMD FreeSync AW2518HF was never tested/validated by Dell with Nvidia video cards.

On the PC retest the AMD FreeSync AW2518HF:
* Factory Reset in the Menu OSD- Others
* Test at 60Hz with Nvidia G-Sync turned off
* Response Time set to Normal

Prior to testing the Xbox One, turn the AW2518HF off. Disconnect the PC DP cable from it. Using only the HDMI cable from the Xbox One, turn the AW2518HF on and retest.

I turned everything off and checked in the morning and havven't had an issue with it since that night. Not sure how it fixed but is fine currently.

I will try the fix yourecommened if it happens again,
