AW2720HF, Dark Stabilizer OSD Menu setting
Hello, I purchased the Alienware Gaming monitor AW2720HF and have been enjoying it very much.
The only thing that bother’s me about it is that when you put dark stabilizer on in the OSD menu it also adds a sharpening to the image on the screen also. Now I don’t know if it was done on purpose or not but my monitor seems to do this and I am not a fan of how over sharpened the image looks when it is on, so I opt out of using the dark stabilizer feature in my OSD menu.
Is this only a problem I am having or anyone else out their who has a Alienware monitor have this same experience also?
Is their a way to get it to stop over sharpening the image? Because I can’t seem to find this setting if there is a way to make it stop the sharpening part of the dark stabilizer.
Other than that this is an almost perfect and really good looking monitor.
Thanks for your time.

* Click my DELL-username and send me a Private Message with the AW2720HF Service Tag number and 20 digit serial number
* If you did not purchase this AW2720HF directly from Dell, you have to fill out the Service Tag number Ownership Transfer form
The OSD menu Game- Dark Stabilizer mentions settings of 0-3. But, there is no mention of sharpening? Are you saying that at 0, the sharpness changes? Can you post four pictures showing 0, 1, 2, 3?

I actually have the same problem and I made sure that my monitor sharpness in the display was set to default. nonetheless, it adds a very weird sharpness layer that your new 2721 doesn't have. I use the dark stabilizer perfectly fine on the newer version but the 2720 is so bad I can't use the dark stabilizer setting at all.
