AW2720HF, no AlienFX devices were detected

Hello,

I just bought my Alienware monitor AW2720HF. I downloaded all drivers for this monitor on the Dell page. But when I open the AWCC, it says no supported AlienFX devices were detected. I tried to uninstall it reinstall it several times and it's the same thing. I really need help it will be appreciated!
