AW2720HFA, AWCC FX button not working
I have a 2016 Lenovo and the AW2720HFA monitor. Recently downloaded the Alienware Command Center app, but I can t press on the FX button. I can go to themes and add new ones, but I can t change the colors or add macros. I uninstalled the app several times and downloaded all the necessarily drivers, but nothing. I can change the colors from the buttons on the back on the monitor , but I can t from the app. Any solutions?

To be clear, you installed all three of the Alienware listings on the AW2720HFA driver page, then restarted the PC?
We received an update from the internal team. The AWCC is tied to the Alienware motherboard, so most of the features will not work on a Non-Alienware and Non-G-Series system. Since you are having a 2016 Lenovo system, most of the features may not work.
