AW2720HFA, firmware request, factory service menu defaults?
I've messed up with my settings on the monitor's service menu, and now I don't know what to do. Can't even contact AU Optronics (the panel manufacturer). I need some help from a monitor tech expert. I need to know the default panel values in the service mode. Please DELL. I also bought this monitor recently through Amazon, and it says my service tag doesn't have a warranty. Send me the original firmware of the monitor or the default settings of the service menu.

Some issues here.
Dell never offered a firmware update on the AW2720HFA Drivers & Downloads page. This means one cannot be sent out.
Dell cannot know the "default panel values in the service mode" because the usage of the Factory Service Menu is not supported by Dell.
Policy = Monitor Factory Service Menu
Any input on the values in the the Factory Service Menu will have to come from other AW2720HFA users.
