AW2723DF, firmware update connection help
I want to update firmware on my monitor but instruction said (The best method is to use a laptop to conduct the firmware upgrade as it has its own display to view the instructions.). But i dont have laptop. Should i be able to update with my displayport cable connected from pc to monitor or it will go full blank? Should i be able to see message: "To complete update, turn off monitor, replug power cord, turn on monitor." Because on the instruction picture there is no cable connected from pc to minitor excep usb upstream?
First time im doing this, i dont want to do something bad.

I did it successfully, just need to connect usb upstream from pc to monitor and start firmware setup from dell. When firmware finished installing, turn off monitor unplug power cable for couple of seconds replug it and thats it. Look like new firmware solved problem with flickering screen that i had.
