AW3423DW, bubble damage poor packaging, damage on screen
When unbox I replaced a total of 7 screens. December 2022 lot. They all had smudges and bubble damage that cannot be polished. It is permanent damage. Until I have to ask for a refund, is it expected to be all of the December 2022 lot? But now I can't find this monitor without bubble damage on screen. I don't know why Dell does not fix this issue? Easy fix with film screen protection? Bad quality packaging for $1200. I hope to get it fixed as soon as possible. Or will it be fixed in the next production lot?

Click the hyperlinked DELL-Cares username. On the right, click, "Send this user a private message", and then share the private Service Tag and images of your the panel.

I came to asking for a new Monitor Manufacture Date come without Bubble scratch mark. and Protective film from factory like other Brand.
When i buy a new monitor it found all monitor you sell has Bubble scratch. every unit.
So i want to know Manufacture Date come with Protective film from factory or Manufacturing Date come without Bubble scratch mark.
