AW3423DWF, not validated as G-Sync compatible
This is basically the problem. I updated the monitor. I changed the FPS on the display setting still it says this error.

That is not an error. It's an informative message, as this monitor is not validated as G-sync compatible.
You can still turn it on, but your results may vary.

@Capt_Sidekick - What are tyou trying to accomplish other than getting the check boxed to "be ok"? Are there specific performance factors or configuration settings you can't achieve?
Thwe AW3423DWF is an AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, but you can still use and run NVIDIA cards with it just fine.
I have the same monitor and running a 4090. Can I help answer any questions? All 10-series Nvidia GPUs and above support all forms of FreeSync.

Mine sometimes works better without on my 3080. I don't think it's 100% compatible. At least not in my experience.
I run without it on now because it was giving me to many issues to be worth the hassle.
