AW3821DW, variable backlight and other features

The local dimming variable backlight feature when HDR is ON is terrible when playing. In dark areas it becomes a pain and ruins the gameplay with continuous flickering when moving  the camera. We need the option to force deactivate this to play correctly while HDR

There is no a real custom profile with the options to modify gamma, colors, temperature, sharpness, etc. if you go sRGB mode 

Also 16:9 aspect ratio option or DSC to achieve 144hz/10bit RGB444

For the price this monitor needs an update with more features, right now it feels lazy work behind the firmware development comparing other gaming brands with cheaper monitors.
