AWCC keyboard mouse sync issues
I’ve only owned this r 8 for a week. And every time my pc is running smooth I get an update, and it screws things up. For starters, the AWCC is usually instantly loaded once opened. But when I did update, it now takes forever to load the functions. And my mouse is the wrong color until I load the AWCC... dell told me to restore do a restore of what was installed today.
If it doesn’t fix it, and I still get issues the R8 is going back to dell.

I noticed that on my R8, AWCC will need several minutes after Win10 login to be accessible. If I click on the icon right after login, I will get a message saying there is no supported AlienFX device detected and if I click "ok", it will take about a minute or two for everything in AWCC to become normal (i.e. fan/ lighting controls available).
That's why I've moved control of my GPU liquid cooler fan from the system board to my GPU card fan header so that my GPU won't blow up when AWCC decides to tank.
