That command center is the version for the PCs before the Triad Design. I also found an old version of control center for my mouse on a different PC I have.
Have you gone to the support page for Alienware systems, many are listed. There are a number of versions of Command Center going back to and including Windows 7.

For Aurora R1-R3 and Area-51-R1 (all machines with original full-sized MIO-Board)...
AFAIK, these are the last allowable Alienware Command Center versions
Windows-7 (64 bit) = AW-CC v2.8.9.0
Windows-8 (64 bit) = AW-CC v2.8.11.0
Windows-10 (64 bit) = AW-CC v2.8.11.0
Note: Along with the usual clean-install, it might also need to be Installed in Windows-8 Compatibility Mode.
