Does Dell sell the new Alienware 3080 card separately?

I know the 3080 cards are sold out everywhere, and that Dell will always need to prioritize new systems with 3080 cards in them over selling the 3080 cards separately, but is there even a part number or page where we could order the 3080 card?   With or without the water block, I'd love to put one of these into my R10 and I already bought a Power Supply big enough (850w).  I would expect it to be somewhere in the $800 range...

They're not currently selling it separately, and I don't believe they usually do sell their OEM versions separately.

However... whoever is making the Dell version usually will sell it separately themselves. For example, I believe the 2080 Super in the R11 is identical to the MSI Aero 2080 Super (other than external labeling, etc.). And there are manufacturers such as Gigabyte who have announced cards that look like they'd work in the R11.

I bought the R11 i9 back in August and I feel I need to upgrade my 2080 super now!!! Is it possible that they will release the Alienware shorter version after a while or should we look into alternative?!

To keep things in this thread, I just talked to Dell Support and they said while it's not available for purchase yet, the 3080 will be available at some point, there's just a stock shortage.   Here are the part numbers for the 3080 and 3090:

4Y12V Nvidia/MSI RTX 3080, 10GB, 1.71GHz

M8HMD Nvidia/MSI RTX 3090, 24GB, 1.70GHz
