Error = Cannot enable Optane using the IRST Utility

When you attempt to enable an Intel Optane drive from the IRST (Intel Rapid Storage) Utility, you may see the following error =
"Your system has detected one or more errors, and data may be lost"

* This is only a software issue, not a hardware issue
* The IRST versions effected are =
15.9.1020 (Intel)
15.9.1.1018 (Dell)

* Dell is not responsible for any data loss. Before proceeding, backup your data to a USB hard drive
* Disable Optane memory from the IRST application
* Uninstall the IRST application. When finished, restart the system
* Once back into Windows, download and install Optane application from here
* Once installed, enable Optane memory in the IRST
