If they stay on, and you have warranty left on your monitor, it's best to contact a Dell support agent by pressing the get help now button in the lower right corner of the screen.
Could be a video card issue. Does it stay on when disconnecting the monitor from the computer?

@Vanadiel it stays on when I disconnect. I actually took the picture without connecting the monitor to my pc.

@tomgcr ok, in that case it's a hardware issue with the monitor. Best to contact a Dell agent to see your available warranty options.

The monitor is toast. It got banged up pretty bad, probably from something hitting it. There's definitely a crack on the inside panel.
