How to replace a on X51 chipset?

My Alienware X51 R1 was beeping 5 times, indicating replacing CMOS Battery, I replaced this, and I managed to boot the windows. After restarting the computer, now it's beeping 3 times without even booting BIOS, this means the motherboard chipset needs to be replaced, should I be replacing the entire motherboard or its possible to just replace the chipset? Or is it something else? it's a bit strange for the CMOS battery and the chipset to go out at the same time no? I've checked around couple times and everything seems connected ok.

the computer boots up sometimes when I keep pressing it, I did the ePSA diagnostics test, and everything was ok, but every time I restart it, the beeping comes back. Should I replace the motherboard?
