Pressing F12 gets me a flashing invalid parameter screen. I can't get to windows so I think it's from the bios. I get up to the screen of the alienware logo and after that, I get the invalid parameter screen and after I get ask to reboot wirh the boot up media.
As for the model I don't know where to find that, it's an alienware area 51 with double gtx 970.
I managed to get it to read my windows dvd to install or upgrade windows. But I can't install because no partition is suitable. Should I delete or format the OS partition or shouldn't I?
I can't do a recovery because somehow it is locked and I can't put it back to factory settings because it won't let me do it.

When you don't answer ALL my questions, it makes it harder to fix because I can't formulate a good next answer or make targeted suggestions.

1. Your Invoice or online-config should show Area51-R1 or maybe it's a R2.
2. To get rid of the Root-Kit virus (embedded in your boot-sector) , you will need to DiskPart/clean the drive to remove all partitions. Hopefully, this will remove the Root-Kit virus. Maybe do it a couple of times.
3. You install to "un-partitioned space"
4. You are way-beyond a simple Restore being an options. You will have to Nuke-and-Pave, like this:

What exact model?
Can you press F12 and reach BIOS options?
Can you press F12 and run ePSA Diagnostics?
Can you tell if that message is coming from BIOS-post or from Windows-boot?
