my ALIENWARE TactX™ KEYBOARD doesn't type ( Windows 7 )

Hi there !

Can you help me out ? I am having problems with my ALIENWARE TactX™ KEYBOARD ; it does not allow me to type , but the extra buttons on the right do react to pushing , also the mute button works and I can change the color in the command center

Also there is a problem with the advanced mode ; which does not even load at all

Hope you can help me fix this problem
