order isn't being picked up by Trans-expedite

I ordered a desktop pc. The process has been going smooth till the shipping part. My order claims to be shipped but hasn't been picked up by Trans expedite. Last I checked it was shipped 12/2/2025 but hasn't been picked up just sitting in customs?
