I have tried to reflash the current BIOS but an error comes up. I have also tried to restore default settings of BIOS.

Can you access BIOS, and display it "forever" without Area51-R2 crashing or turning-off?
What BIOS version does it say is loaded currently?
Will machine successfully run ePSA (outside of Windows).
I can run the BIOS "forever", and the BIOS version it says is A14. I have run ePSA but no errors are found.

1. I could not find the one time flash back.
2. I individually ran every test and still no errors.

1. So, that's good.
Sometimes there is BIOS option to allow a (one time) back-flash, but you have to find it and enable it.
2. While successful ePSA is only "90% check" ... I think I would move forward to next troubleshooting items ... disks, video-cards, PowerSupply, etc.

I managed to get windows to run only by disabling both of my gpus. I have no idea what to do from here.

1. OK
2. Good. So, motherboard and BIOS are working pretty good, don't you think? I would move forward.
