you can chat with Dell live agent on line to order these cables directly from Dell (Dell price does not include shipping). one end of these cable is Dell proprietary 10 pin for motherboard, the other end either standard USB 9 pin or Intel FIO 9 pin.
PS it looks like the pic has annotation error. the two DP/N should be swapped.
Do you have area 51 R3, R4 or R5? this motherboard does not look like A51 R2.
you need the Dell proprietary cables to connect 10 pin headers labelled Front Panel as well as USB1 to the FIO board in order to use the power button on front panel as well as control case AlienFx led.
