Problem with Alienware TactX keyboard

Hello! This is my first time using an alienware keyboard and i just bought the TactX Alienware Keyboard. But there is a problem! When booted my PC and logged in I decided to plug in the keyboard. While one USB was detected the 2nd one was NOT detected by windows and was unknown. So I said to myself "okay well maybe i just gotta install the drivers" So i did all I got out of opening the command center was.

The device you have selected is included in the current theme but AlienFX cannot detect this device on your system.  Do you want to remove this device from the current theme?

And its still not detecting the 2nd USB. The lights refuse to turn on and I honestly am stuck.

The driver is not tiny and requires re installation. TactX™ KG900/MG900 driver. This package provides the Alienware TactX Keyboard (KG900) & Mouse (MG900) Application & Driver and is supported on Alienware Desktop Alienware X51/X51 R2/Aurora R4 models that are running the following Windows Operating System: Windows 7, 8, XP and Vista.

So doing research it turns out this is not compatible with windows 10. Ive tried every form of drivers for this thing and it does not work. Is there a way to force it to work with 10?
