R12 Liquid cooling issues.

Question

About 1 year ago, Upgraded the Stock Air cooling on my R12 to liquid cooling with the Corsair H60. Since installing I've always ran into the issue of the AIO pump not kicking in every time start the PC obviously causing idle Temps of 55-60c which isn't great because I cant really game or want to use it if the cooling isn't working. Sometimes when restart the PC it will kick in and the temps will be great sitting around 30-35c at idle. For a while I thought it was a problem with the Corsair H60. So, I recently changed it to a Cool master AIO but, sadly the problem still persists. No matter if I plug the pump into PUMP FAN or CPU FAN, the problem doesn't change. Has anybody ever faced a similar issue?  Its really annoying as its pretty much uncertain whether the pump will work or not, causing me not want to even bother using the PC and game. I do have the Heat Sink installed also and the AIO is installed correctly too.

No matter if I plug the pump into PUMP FAN or CPU FAN, the problem doesn't change. Isn't your Corsair H60 powered by a SATA connection direct from the PSU?

Have you tried selecting the Performance Profile in AWCC? That should ramp up the AIO fans and cooler.
