What exact Alienware model do you have?
What version of Windows?
What version of Alienware Command Center are you currently running ?
What version of Alienware Command Center are trying to clean-install to fix it ?

I am having exactly the same issue, did you ever find a solution? I have reinstalled awcc, following the full instructions, and it is still not working.

We can't help either one of you without more details.
There are several different MIO-Boards and various core versions of AW-CC. Troubleshooting varies depending on make/model-release.
