Hard to make heads from tails with such limited info, but if you can get to the windows can't load blue repair screen, under advanced, there's an option to disable driver signature enforcement. Try selecting that, restarting, and if it works roll back all the drivers you just updated or you can select a restore point prior to the update if that option is available to you based on your system.
