Nobody knows that.
Especially since its not yet released.
Dell would not announce that on the User forum.
Current supported cards for alienware are =
GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Radeon RX 580
GeForce RTX 2080 Radeon RX 570
GeForce RTX 2070 Radeon RX 560
GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Radeon RX 480
GeForce GTX 1070 Ti Radeon RX 470
GeForce GTX Titan XP Radeon RX 460
Certain retail cards may have larger heatsinks and other elements that may not let them fit inside the graphics amplifier. The Alienware Graphics Amplifier is designed to fit standard size graphics cards (Reference and Founders Edition).
Certain video manufacturers may modify their video card VBIOS causing incompatibility with the graphics amplifier (Superclock, Overclock, Dual and Triple Fans).

I would just build your own pc bro. Support on these gets you no where. Plus you can save thousands. I have a 5grand R11 that has had a small issue ever since I bought it. Support keeps finding every excuse to not repair it. So I am going to start buying parts till its fixed and I will be taking the amount off what I owe them on there credit card they gave me to buy it.
YES I am venting a little on your thread sorry.

"You will find out with everyone else the day the new Aurora R14 is announced."
Since Ryzen 5000 series officially released and we're still waiting on rocket lake, I'm assuming it will be either R12 or a new naming convention. Unless you know something.. ?

I'm more interested in AMD 5000 CPU and RX 6000 GPU in an Alienware laptop. Current-gen Alienware laptops (Intel 14nm CPU) run too hot. I can literally cook eggs in a pan on it, resulting in tender egg whites and liquid egg yolks.
An AMD 5000 7nm CPU with an AMD RX 6000 7nm GPU will be a blessing for Alienware laptops. The CPU will run about 10°C cooler, resulting in much better thermal without a design change. (And then we can finally have AMD SmartShift, yesssss.)
Alienware desktops? I think Dell can get away with the CPU heat by just expanding the radiator to a bigger, 2-fan AIO version. But one way or another, they need to stop selling Aurora with air-cooled CPUs. It achieves nothing other than disappointing their fanboys who unfortunately opted for that.
