Hi,

Have you ever gotten a blue screen or a "display driver stopped responding and has recovered" message? Try reinstalling the video card drivers. Both the Intel and the NVidia drivers. Uninstall both drivers from Device Manager first, then restart the system and install the Intel and then the NVidia.

Well, I did unistall both drivers, and when I did a restart, it happened again. The screen went black before I could install any driver.

Hi,

Try connecting your monitor to the onboard HDMI port on the top (around the USB ports). If your monitor does not support HDMI, perhaps you could use your TV as a monitor. If you are able to boot into to Windows, finish installing the video card drivers.

I did finish the installment of the drivers, but still, the problem wasn't gone.

I brought the PC to a Dell technician, he made some tests for some days, and finally he told me it was Windows 10 that was causing problems, he made some tests with his Hard Disk running Windows 7 and he said there were no problems. I feel it somewhat strange, because I was using W10 since the release date, and until now, there were no problems
