X51 R2, stuck on boot after Windows Update

Hi all,

Recently upgraded the main HDD in my X51 R2 to an SSD. Fresh install of Windows 10 onto it. All really nice and smooth.

However, soon as I do the windows update to 20h2, once it goes through a bunch of resets to install that, it eventually gets stuck on the boot screen and now wont go past it. Has anyone else run into this and now how to fix?

I've done this 3 times now, every time, doing the same. My Bios Is A12 and I've got the boot mode set to UEFI, is that ok?
