Your motherboard should be fine. That motherboard supports Generation 4 Intel CPUs. The system also supports up to 16 GB of RAM and that Video card does not need a separate power plug so you are good there as well. The tricky part is if you have the 240W or 330W power adapter. If you have the 240W then you will need to buy the larger power adapter. The 1050 requires at least a 300W PSU or adapter.
