X51-R3, factory reset issues
Hey,
I'm having issues with my desktop. I got a really bad virus as of recent and I wanted to factory reset my computer. I tried doing it through the Windows 10 Operating System, but it's no good; even when I booted in safe mode. I've also tried getting into the Advanced Boot Options menu, but with no luck. I was wondering what options are left for me at this point.

Translation--Use the windows media creation tool to burn install media and do a clean install which means booting to install media and deleting the windows partition then install windows. You will lose everything so hope you have clean copies of all your files.
