Alienware 13 Battery replacement
I've had my AW13 for just over 2 years now and the system started reporting the battery was no good and could not be charged just after the warranty ended. I finally got around to buying a replacement, but cannot find a replacement battery anywhere on Dell's site and since it is out of warranty, it only lets me use the online help tool which doesn't understand what I'm looking for. The AW artificial intelligence asks me what system I have, and then responds with, "Did I answer your question?". Anyone know where I can buy a replacement battery for part number 451-BBKW : 52 WHr, 4-Cell Battery?

Hi,
You can call Sales 1-866 287 6727 opt#3. It will just ask you to enter the service tag or express service code.

Unfortunately, I've already tried that and was told they no longer have any stock of those batteries. Currently I am watching a few "used" options on ebay as a potential option.
