Alienware 17 - No Bios menus can't be accessed since A10v upgrade.

Hi guys. Alienware 17 just arrived, and it came with A05v bios so I decided to upgrade it. I've updated from A05v to A10v this morning since there's a big improvements upgrade jump, so I kept updating my system normally. Some minutes ago I decided to check the Bios menu out in order to verify and set my boot devices order. Once the system restarted, I pressed F2 on post state and I saw the red level fully filled but no menu was showed up. I've awaited for a couple of minutes hoping the menu could came up, but the screen was stuck. I reboot the system once more and I tried again pressing F12 getting same difference. I thought that something went wrong on A10 so I made a downgrade to A09 with same result. As a final workaround I decided to perform a downgrade to A05 with same difference again!. Although there's no way to get access to my Bios menu since it seems stuck, I have no issues accessing the OS at all ...so far. Has anybody experienced this issue before?. How can I get access to the Bios menu (F2) and Bios boot order devices (F12) once again?. Appreciated guys!.

Hi!

First, make sure that you're pressing F2 (or F12) repeatedly as soon as you see the Alienware loading screen. Don't stop pressing the key until the screen goes away. You can use this video for reference.

If issue persists, check the keyboard to make sure the keys are responding correctly. Try a different keyboard if possible.

Run an AlienAutopsy test to check for hardware issues and let me know how it goes.
