Alienware 17 return issues.
Having a really bad time with my new Alienware 17. I purchased the item over a month ago now and It arrived, after a very long wait, with a broken screen and broken Wifi chip and a few other issues.
I didn't see this as acceptable so sent a return order request by email 2 days after I got the item. I've now been passed from department to department and I've not had any contact from any Dell representative since the 8th of September, I started yet another dialog with a customer rep and I've just been blanked, sending an email every day asking for progress reports but getting nothing back other than someone was already assigned to my case so he can't help I asked for the said assigned persons contact details so I can start YET another dialog with a rep and I've had nothing for nearly a week now.
Whats really crippling me is the fact I saved up for this machine working a menial job, with poor pay so I can use it for my other part time work which is video editing. With this laptop not working I can't make payments as I've had to tell clients I haven't got a working machine capable of doing the work on and have lost 2 clients so far!
Please help me I didn't want to have to air my dirty laundry in public like this but it's come to a point where I feel like I've got no other choice. Please do the right thing and just let me move on from this incident
