Alienware 17 - Wifi issues

I've purchased an Alienware 17 laptop on 1/1/15 and I have been having wifi issues from day one. When browsing websites on Chrome websites will all of a sudden not load. If I keep refreshing websites will eventually load, but it seems to occur every 5-10 minutes. I haven't noticed any problems with downloads after they have started, but it can be a pain starting them.

I have the broad 802.11ac Network Adapter. I have tried updating/downgrading the drivers but it has made no difference. If I turn airplane mode on/off it will fix the problem for a short while, only to occur again 5-10 minutes later.

Is anyone able to help? I was really excited to get an Alienware laptop but I'm not off to a great start :(

Edit: The error I get on chrome is Error code: ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED
I have tried other browsers but still get the same problems.
