alienware alpha crashing
I have reported the issue before, and the service tech did not respond to the PM after asking me to send it. I have issues with it crashing on Overwatch and now Mass Effect: Andromeda. Games like Fallout 4 and Skyrim will enter into loading screens that do not end. I have run the stress tests, and the results were the same as they were when I attempted to get assistance months ago.

--aside from the dates, they are the same (I accidentally closed out the results while comparing them with the previous pasted above).
On the stress test, the GPU peaked at 71C. I like this computer, but I am having to use my X51 for some games, because this one does not run them properly.

So, lets start at the beginning ...
- Does it pass ePSA outside of Windows?
- Does it pass 30 minutes of Heaven Benchmark (with pretty high settings)?
- Does it pass 30 minutes of OCCT Power-Supply Test (DX11, Full Screen, 64bit Linpack, All Logical Cores)?
- Does it crash while doing anything else (ALL Non-Full-Screen Windows Gaming [Direct-X] tasks)
Primary Surface Test sounds like "PC Doctor" test from SupportAssist (is it)? If so, reportedly, that test is slightly broken and often throws un-true errors.
Is it an Alpha R1 or a R2?
What video card is in that machine?
Are you running those Bethesda games from a SSD?
What video drivers are you running, and did you "clean-install" them?
What errors are in Windows Reliability Report (in general that might be related or around the time of the crash)?
Are you getting a BSOD or just a "Hard-Lock"? ie, can you get to Task-Manager after crash?

Hi emily. New here an unsure how to pm u. I have an alienware alpha with an i3 processor, i just did clean install of windows after i factory reset everything. Every game i play crashes. Any chance u can help me out please? I get no system error code or anything. Sometimes im able to play a cpl matches in a row but ultimately the game itself crashes constantly. All drivers are up to date. Any help would be much appreciated
