Alienware alpha having multippe issues
Hi im in need of desperate help. I have an alienware alpha, just the base model with i3. Im getting bsod alot. The first 3 bsod the error code was Ntfs_files_system, the other one im getting is memory_mamagement. Im assuming memory management error is due to corrupt ram. I ran a diagnostics on support.dell and my ram was indeed corrupt. Just ordered a new 8gb stick of ram yesterday so hopefully that will resolve that issue. As for the ntfs_files_system, i have no idea what to do. Another issue im experiencing is constant game crashing. Im attempting to play h1z1 kotk and unknownplayers battlegrounds. Both crash and bring me back to steams launchpad. Sometimes i am able to play full matches but most of the time i am not. Please help resolve. I bought this system in 2015 and am out of warranty but desperate to play games

Hi,
Do you receive an error message when the games crash? Check in Device Manager to make sure you do not have any errors or missing drivers. Have you tried reinstalling the video card drivers?

No error code at all. I just crash and am back in steam launchpad. Ive checked drivers and optimizied drivers. All seems to be working well. Im running windows 8.1 64 bit. I just did a factory reset 2 days ago. When i did my windows file was corrupt so i made a bootable windows file on usb and rebooted to my system. Is my model alpha not compatable with h1z1 king of kill or unknownplayers battlegrounds?

Hallo.
i would wait until the new RAM Modul arrives and then look how it goes.
just an Idea: did you check your Hard Disks for Errors aswell?
