Alienware command center broken.

Can anyone of you Alienware techs tell me when you will fix the Alienware command center for real. the lights have their own minds. and wont listen to the alienware command center. the power button led never works. only works if i run alienFXtester. tried everything in the forums. that is from a simple power drain to an os install, nothing works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm soo furstrated trying to find a solution. Someone with actual brains please reply on how to fix this issue.
