Alienware Command Center error installing

Question

Every time I try to install the command center I get an error that states 'not compatible with your system' - but I am not sure why this is.  I had to reinstall Windows 10 initially and everything worked, downloaded the recommended drivers from Dell's website but don't have command center and not sure how to manage the lighting given that command center won't install.

The model is Aurora, the revision is R6. Make sure the BIOS is up to date here and the Command Center version should be this one: Version 4.6.20.0, A00-00.

Alienware aurora r6, i5 gtx 1070, 8gb RAM - not sure what you mean by revision.
