alienware dont boot up...
i have the new alienware 17 r3 with 6700 skylake and 980m
its brand new...when i close....the laptop i push shutdown....and then i try to push the power button..nothing happens( i close fast boot hybrid shutdown and intle management)
after 15 sec power button pushing or clicking....the button...5 beeps appear 5 beeps...cmos battery issue....is this issue from cmos battery is the same with power button?i dont know what to do...dell says the will send me new motherboard....for the cmos battery...for not boot up?what i will do

Why they dont ship separated? U can remove it from the motherboard itsnot on the motherboard

I change the motherboard no the battery cmos the problem persists no 5 beeps now but power button is dead i push it 30 times t open and after ot the bios ahci became raid and performance cpu disable
